Terms of use
These terms govern the use of the layve.io site and the app.layve.io platform. By creating an access or using the platform, you accept them.
The service
Layve is a platform for producing and managing photo and video content for companies. You describe a need, Layve proposes a plan, organises production with qualified professionals or edits content from real material, then delivers and deploys the content you have approved. The layve.io site presents the service; the app.layve.io platform lets you use it.
Users
The service is intended for professionals. You declare that you have the authority to bind the company for which you create an access.
Your access
- The information you give must be accurate and up to date.
- Two factor authentication is mandatory. You protect your credentials and backup codes; you are responsible for how your access is used.
- You tell us without delay if you think a third party has used your access.
Rules of use
You agree not to:
- add or request content that is unlawful, misleading, infringes the rights of others or shows people without their consent;
- try to bypass security, overload the service, use bots or extract data from the platform;
- use the service to impersonate a company that is not yours.
You guarantee that you have the necessary rights over the files you add, and that you have the consent of the people who appear in them.
Content and intellectual property
- You keep your rights over the files and information you add. You authorise us to use them to provide the service, including passing them to the professionals and editing tools that are needed.
- The conditions for using the content produced for you (media, duration, territory) are set out in the plan you approve.
- The site, the platform and their organisation remain the property of the publisher.
Content produced with artificial intelligence
Content may be made during real shoots by professionals, or produced and edited with artificial intelligence from real material, such as your own photos and videos, including older ones. Real material remains the starting point. Analyses, plans, texts and edits may contain errors: you review every plan, every brief and every piece of content, and nothing is published without your approval. You remain responsible for what you publish.
Availability
We do our best to keep the service available, without guaranteeing continuous availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, security or reasons beyond our control.
Liability
Within the limits allowed by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect damage, loss of business or content published by the user, nor for the interruption of a third party service. Nothing in these terms excludes a liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Suspension and end
We may suspend an access in case of breach of these terms or a risk to security. You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time at hello@layve-app.com.
Personal data
The processing of your data is described in the privacy policy.
Changes and applicable law
We may change these terms; the online version, dated at the top of the page, applies. French law applies, and failing an amicable agreement the competent courts are determined by the ordinary rules of law.
