Terms of sale
These terms apply to orders placed by professionals on the app.layve.io platform. They supplement the terms of use.
No payment is requested on the platform yet. Online payment terms will be set out in the plan when payment opens.
Purpose
The services sold are the preparation of a production plan, the organisation of photo and video shoots with qualified professionals, the editing of content from real material, the delivery of the content and its deployment on the customer's channels.
Ordering
1. You describe your need; Layve proposes a plan with its services, price and timeline. 2. You untick what you do not need: the price updates. 3. You approve the plan after creating and activating your access: approval is an order.
The approved plan, with the related brief, is the contract. Nothing is billed before this approval.
Prices
Prices are shown in euros in the plan, before approval, with a statement of their tax treatment. The approved price is the price invoiced, unless you accept an additional service.
Payment
Payment terms and due dates are set out in the plan at the time of approval. Late payment may lead to suspension of the services under way.
Timelines and performance
The timeline shown in the plan is a target. It depends on the availability of professionals, on the information and access you provide (place, contact person, permissions) and on unforeseen events. You tell us about any change of date or place.
Delivery, approval and retouches
Content is delivered on the platform. You approve each piece or ask for a retouch; nothing is published without your approval.
Rights in the content
The conditions for using the content (media, duration, territory) are set out in the approved plan. You guarantee that you have obtained the consent of the people photographed when you provide or have their image captured.
Cancellation and withdrawal
The service is intended for professionals: the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. The conditions for cancelling a mission, before or after a professional accepts it, are set out in the plan.
Liability
The publisher's liability is limited to direct damage and, within the limits allowed by law, to the amount of the order concerned. It does not cover content you decide to publish.

Write to hello@layve-app.com describing the problem and the order concerned. We reply as soon as possible.
Applicable law
French law applies. Failing an amicable agreement, the competent courts are determined by the ordinary rules of law.
