Layve is a content production and management platform for companies. You describe your goal in three lines, Layve proposes a plan of photos and videos at a fixed price, and a professional photographer or videographer from its network shoots real images at your place.
Artificial intelligence plays a part at several moments of this process, but not everywhere. This article explains where it acts, where it does not, and what stays in your hands.

What is Layve for?
Layve helps you get professional photos and videos designed for a specific goal, then publish them on your channels. You write, for example, "we want more people in our restaurant in October". Layve handles the rest: the plan, the brief, the shoot, the selection, the retouching, the editing, the delivery and the publication on planned dates.
What does the AI do at Layve?
AI does the preparation work, the part that usually takes long exchanges between a company and a supplier. In practice, it:
- reads your request and identifies the goal, the audience and the timing;
- gets to know your company from public information;
- looks at how similar companies publish, in your country and abroad;
- proposes a content plan: number of photos, types of videos, formats;
- writes the complete brief for the professional who will shoot.
How does Layve get to know your company?
Layve reads what your company already makes public: your website, your public social media accounts, the official company register and recent news about you. From this, it draws out two things.
- Your visual identity: your colours, the light in your images, their style.
- Your editorial identity: your tone, your way of speaking, your signature, your values and the themes you come back to.
These two identities then guide the plan and the brief, so that the new images look like you.
Who sets the price of your plan?
The price comes from a fixed price grid. AI picks the lines of that grid that match the plan; it never invents an amount. For example, 20 photos cost €140 excl. VAT, a full day of 275 photos costs €1,060 excl. VAT, and a video interview of about five minutes costs €350 excl. VAT.
The plan also shows a delivery window. It narrows as soon as the professional confirms the shoot date.
What do humans do?
The images are shot by professional photographers and videographers from the Layve network. Each one receives the brief in the Layve Pro iPhone app: the place, the date, the time and the shots expected. They go on site and shoot real images.
The photos are then sorted and retouched, the videos edited, and everything is delivered in your company space. The pieces you approve are published on your channels on the planned dates.
What can AI create from your images?
AI can propose new content, but always from real material: your own photos and videos, including older ones. A photo you received can, for example, become a short video.
Three rules frame these creations:
- real material is always the starting point;
- you review everything and keep only what you like;
- every piece generated with AI is labelled as such in the platform.
What does the AI never do at Layve?
- It never invents a price. Every amount comes from the fixed grid.
- It publishes nothing without your approval. Only the pieces you approve go out on your channels.
- It does not access your private accounts. To get to know you, Layve reads public information only.
- It does not invent people or places in images. Creations start from your real photos and videos.
- It orders nothing on your behalf. No shoot is booked before you approve.
Which decisions stay in your hands?
All the ones that matter. You change the plan as you wish: more photos, another video format, another period. Nothing is ordered before your approval. You then choose which pieces to publish, and you keep or discard every creation made with AI.
Every correction and every approval teaches Layve your preferences. They are kept in the memory of your company space, and the next proposals take them into account.
Where is your data hosted?
The platform and the website are hosted in France, by OVH. The website uses no cookies. Nothing is sold or used for advertising. Some data is processed by providers listed in the privacy policy.
